General terms and conditions:

1. Scope of application

The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through

our online shop. Our online shop offers its products exclusively to

consumers.A consumer is a natural person who is acting for purposes outside

his or her trade, business, craft or profession. A professional person is a

natural or legal person acting in the exercise of his or her trade, business,

craft or profession, or an intermediary thereof.

2. Contractual partner, contract formation, technical means of correction

The purchase contract is concluded with Woody-leb.

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer,

but is merely an online catalogue without binding effect. You may therefore

enter products in the shopping cart in a non-binding manner and correct your

data at any time before sending the binding order, using the correction tools

provided and described in the order process. By pressing the buy button you

submit a binding offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Once your order has

been sent, its receipt will be confirmed without delay by e-mail.

The time of conclusion of the contract depends on the payment method you

have chosen.

Credit card

When you send your order, you must indicate the payment details of your

credit card, after which the credit card operator authenticates your credit card.

After successful authentication, the payment transaction is initiated

automatically and the amount is charged to the credit card at the same time

as the order is placed.

PayPal

During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online

provider PayPal. On this site you can enter your payment details and confirm

the payment order with PayPal. After the order has been placed in our online

shop, we invite PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting

your offer.Technical means for correctionWith reference to the technical

means made available to the customer to detect and correct any data entry

errors prior to placing the order, the shop's remote contract conclusion system

allows you to follow a guided procedure that at any time allows you to check

and then validate the information entered and correct any errors before

sending the order electronically.

3. Language of the contract, storage of the contractual text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract is/are the

following: ItalianWe store the contractual text and send the order details

together with the general terms and conditions in writing. For security

reasons, the contractual content will no longer be accessible via the Internet.

4. Method of delivery

4.1 The stated sales prices do not yet include shipping costs, which are stated

in the vicinity of the offers, if applicable in the specific case.Delivery is only

possible via shipping services.

4.2 Shipping and costs

Delivery timeWe usually dispatch your order within the next two working days.

The delivery time depends on the country of delivery. In Italy the delivery time

via GLS is usually 1-3 working days.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Credit Card

When you place your order, you must enter your credit card details.After the

authentication of the actual card holder is successful, the payment transaction

is automatically executed and your credit card is charged.

The order will be shipped upon receipt of the bank transfer to the named

account.

PayPal

During the order process you will be redirected to the online provider PayPal.

In order to be able to pay the amount via PayPal, you must first register with

the supplier, log in with your access data and confirm the payment order in

our favour. After completion of the order, we will invite PayPal to initiate the

payment transaction. Immediately afterwards, the payment transaction is

executed by PayPal automatically. Further information can be found in the

order process.

6. Transport damageIf goods are delivered with obvious transport damage,

please report this to the carrier without delay and contact us immediately. The

customer's failure to do so shall in no way affect the applicability or exercise

of his statutory rights, nor, in particular, the guarantee of conformity. However,

the customer's immediate notification helps us to assert our claims against the

transport company and/or the transport insurance company.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantees

The legal guarantee of conformity as stipulated by law applies. This law only

applies to EU countries.

All goods are checked before shipment by us. A guarantee applies when a

good breaks down during proper use. A guarantee does not apply to

inappropriate use of the good. In case of a guarantee the customer can

contact us to determine together the procedure to be followed: either partial

return of the amount spent or repair of the good or return of the good.

In case of repair or return, we shall bear the shipping costs. Unless explicitly

agreed otherwise in writing between the parties, the statutory warranty of

conformity applies.

In the case of used goods, the following applies: the statutory warranty of

conformity is excluded in cases where the defect occurred after the expiry of

one year from the date of delivery of the goods. Defects occurring within the

period of one year from the date of delivery of the goods may be asserted

within the statutory limitation period of two years from the date of delivery of

the goods.

With regard to claims for damages arising from damaging events that were

caused by us or our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we shall be

liable without limitation as set out above:

- in the event of life-threatening, physical injury or impairment of human health

- in the event of default due to intent or gross negligence or wilful misconduct

- in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of

which is indispensable for the ordinary performance of contractual services

and on the fulfilment of which the contractor can legitimately rely

- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or

- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is apparent.

8. Consequences of withdrawal

The case of withdrawal only applies to EU states!

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you,

including delivery costs to be reimbursed immediately and at the latest within

fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of

cancellation of this contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us

(info@woody-leb.com, telephone: +39 328 479 1614) of your decision to

withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration.

For this refund we use the same payment method you used for the original

transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you;

under no circumstances will you be charged any costs as a result of such

reimbursement.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the. You must return or

hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen

days from the day on which you inform us of the termination of this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen day period

expires.

For returns, direct costs are borne by the customer.

You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss in

value is due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature,

characteristics and functionality of the goods. End of cancellation policy

9. Shipping

We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible. The following shipping

costs currently apply:

For shipping to Italy via GLS we charge €5.00 per order. From a purchase of

€49.00, delivery in Italy is free.

For shipping to Austria, Germany and San Marino via GLS we charge €8.50

per order. From a purchase of €75.00, delivery to these countries is free.

For shipping to Belgium, Repl. Czech, France, Vatican, Luxembourg, Holland

and Poland via GLS we charge €10.00 per order. From a purchase of €85.00,

delivery to these countries is free.

For shipping to Denmark, Hungary, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain via GLS we

charge €12.50 per order. From a purchase of €100.00, delivery to these

countries is free.

For shipping to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Romania,

Serbia, Slovenia and Sweden via GLS we charge €19.00 per order. From a

purchase of €125.00, delivery to these countries is free.

For shipping to Cyprus, Finland, Ireland, Malta and Norway via GLS we

charge €39.00 per order. From a purchase of €200.00, delivery to these

countries is free.

Shipping costs for shipments to European islands (example: Azores, Canary

Islands, etc.) or overseas departments may be higher. In this case you will be

notified by us before the order is shipped.

10. Delivery times

10.1

Delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days from order confirmation, but

does not begin before the customer has made the due payments.

10.2

Our information on delivery dates is only binding if we have expressly agreed

to it in writing. Labor disputes, sovereign measures, shortages of raw

materials, traffic disruptions, unusual circumstances, etc., regardless of

whether they have occurred with us or with our suppliers, release us from our

obligation to deliver for the duration of their effects and , if they lead to the

impossibility of performance, permanently. In this case we will immediately

inform you of the unavailability and immediately refund any fee already

provided.

10.3

Claims for compensation for damages for delayed or non-delivery are

excluded, unless they are based on willful misconduct or gross negligence. In

case of slight negligence, liability for damages is limited to the foreseeable

damage. Compensation for damages, even unforeseeable ones, presupposes

proof of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of contract. The amount is

in any case limited to the amount of the offer or invoice on which the

respective delivery is based and, in the case of partial deliveries, to their

partial value.

10.4

If the customer delays acceptance or violates other obligations of cooperation,

we are entitled to claim compensation for damages suffered, including any

additional expenses. In this case the risk of accidental loss or accidental

deterioration of the purchased item passes to the customer when the

customer delays acceptance.

11. Responsibility

11.1

We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight

negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damages typical of the

contract. We are not responsible for the slightly negligent breach of additional

contractual obligations that do not fall within the essential additional

obligations.

11.2

Liability for fraudulent concealment of defects or the assumption of a quality

guarantee as well as liability for claims based on product liability law as well

as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remain unaffected.

This does not lead to a change in the burden of proof to the detriment of the

customer.

11.3

No liability is assumed for damage due to handling, improper workmanship or

natural wear and tear.

11.4

After making an appointment, the customer must give us adequate time and

opportunity to carry out repair work and replacement deliveries.

11.5

Before withdrawing or reducing the price, the customer is obliged to give us a

reasonable period for subsequent performance.

11.6

To the extent that our liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the

personal liability of our employees, employees, employees, representatives

and vicarious agents.

12. General

12.1 Purchase by invoice is only available to consumers aged 18 years or

older.

12.2 The contract for the purchase of goods is concluded exclusively between

you and us. The execution of the purchase contract is also determined by the

agreements concluded with us. We remain responsible in particular for

general customer inquiries (e.g. regarding goods, delivery times, shipping),

returns, complaints, warranty claims, possible contract cancellations.
